We send order confirmation with expected delivery on special orders, on stocked items 3-15 working days depending on whether the item requires assembly such as a bicycle etc. All deliveries are made via Posten / Bring or Postnord. Free shipping on orders over 1500, –
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the item from us. If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs due to the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without unnecessary delay from that day we will receive your return.
You must return the goods or return them to us, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day you have notified us that you want to leave the agreement. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the deadline of 14 days has expired.
You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods back to us.
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods due to a different handling of the goods than that which is necessary to determine their nature, properties and function.
